Uniform
Uniform Requirements
Uniform is compulsory, as are correct shoes and neat hair. PG’n’S have uniform requirements to ensure all students feel part of a team and to encourage the importance of good grooming. This is also to helps our teachers to see their posture is correct at all times.
Classical
- Tinies, Pre-primary and Primary girls - Pink R.A.D. leotard, pink stockings or socks, pink ballet shoes, pink skirt, pink crossover (if required in cold weather) and hair in a bun
- Grade 1-8 girls - Navy blue leotard, pink stockings, pink ballet shoes, black character shoes, navy character skirt (with red/gold ribbon, available form Jenny in the office), navy blue crossover (if required in cold weather) and hair in a bun
- Grade 2 Girls - small pillow for the character dance.
- Pre-Elementary/Elementary girls - Navy Blue RA.D. Majors leotard, pink stockings, pink ballet shoes, pink demi-pointe shoes, pink pointe shoes (when advised by Miss Vicki to purchase) and hair in a bun.
- Boys - All boys are to wear tight fitting white T-Shirt, navy blue or black pants/tights, white socks, black ballet and character shoes and hair neatly groomed.
Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Modern
- Tinies - Pink leotard, tan jazz or tap shoes and hair tied back.
- Sub Junior - Intermediate Bounce Dancewear & tan shoes
- Sub Senior - Advanced Preferably the above, or appropriate dance wear, shoes and hair.
*Dance sneakers may be worn to class, however, for our end of year concert, all students are to wear the required uniform shoes.
