About the School

Plié, Groove’n’Shuffle opened in 1998, and has since become one of the leading performing arts centres on the northern beaches. PG’n’S prides itself on offering professional and caring staff, a wide variety of subjects, fully equipped studios (located in Cromer and Forestville) and reasonable rates.

All students perform twice annually, at our mid-year ‘Concert’ and our end-of-year ‘Christmas Concert’. Talented students have the opportunity to be invited to join one of our prestigious stage classes. Our students are also cheerleaders for the Warringah Rats & Manly United FC.

PG’n’S has a friendly and fun atmosphere, with classes to offer for both serious dancers, or for those who want to participate for fitness and enjoyment. There is something for everyone!

Students from PG’n’S have gone on to perform at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, have been accepted into NIDA & WAUPA, been awarded with L.A.Danceforce scholarships for six years consecutively, have won countless eisteddfods, performed at Disneyland California, in video clips, many gala events, have appeared as soloists at the Schools Spectacular - and have even become dance teachers themselves!
